Explanation Writing .

Intro:
Why is taking care of your mind and body is so important? Well lets find out.

Taking care of your mind and body is so important because your mind is what tells every part of your body what to do and sends messages around your body of how to keep it healthy. The body is really important to take care of because it’s what makes you beautiful and what God has created for you to take good care of. If your mind and body is not taken care of you will be sick or died because your body and mind is really important.

To take good care of your body is you have to eat the right food and also drink the right amount of water each day. When you feel really sick you always have to tell an adult or go see the doctors straight away. Always put the right food into your body and do not take pills from other people because you don’t know what’s in it. If you do it can make you really sick.

Most important thing to keep your mind and body healthy is to not put drugs and alcohol into your body because it can affect your brain, but the right age to put a little of those stuff into your body is probably 25 years old. If you take those stuff you will always have to check what’s in it. 15 years old is the common age that always starts to put alcohol and drugs into your body and they died around the age of 25 years old.

Most people that decides to put alcohol and drugs into their body at a young age can died at a young age too. Inside your body is really important to keep clean at all times and it can make the minds work easier to send messages around the body. Never ever put alcohol and drugs into your body until your brain is fully developed and that age is 25 years.

Life Education Caravan.

Life Education Caravan !

This term for 4 weeks we went to the life education caravan for some lessons about of how to succeed in life and be careful of what you put into your body. We learn’t about alcohol and drugs.

The first thing we learn in the caravan was what kind of alcohol or drugs are good for your body and what age is good to start those stuff. We met some people who did drugs and alcohol at a young age now they are dead or they have no more chances to apply for a job and achieve what they wanted to be when they were young. Those people are James, Rita, Jason, Amy, Zeb, and Malcolm.

I really learn’t alot from their stories about how they started doing it, who made them do it, how it felt and who did it affected. What I learn’t from the Life Ed Caravan is not to put alcohol or drugs into your body until you have fully developed. The good age to do it is when your over the age of 35 because that is when you're fully developed.

That was a really good experiment for me because I never knew that much about alcohol and drugs. Drugs can be really bad for your body and also can kill you at a very young age. Alcohol is not good at all because they add stuff that they don’t know that could kill you or put you in a very bad situation.

That is all I learn't from the Life Education Caravan this year. I really had alot of fun knowing more about alcohol and drugs.
